Ruperto Elpusan is CEO and President of z-Web, Inc.  He founded this corporation in 1997 primarily as an e-commerce software and web marketing firm with a special emphasis on search engine optimization and placement.

Mr. Elpusan has been involved in the computer industry starting with legacy, large-scale mainframe systems, then to client-server technology and finally to the Internet and the world wide web.

Career-wise, Mr. Elpusan began as a corporate IT professional who started out as systems analyst at Exxon Corporation in Linden, New Jersey, after graduating from New York University's Graduate School of Business Administration with an MBA degree in Computer Applications and Information Systems, and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics/Computer Science from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).  His computer career spanned IBM mainframe to client-server and Internet web technologies, having thorough exposure to the entire System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) working in the trenches as programmer and later being in charge of multi-million dollar development projects as project manager.  He has worked from California to New York in the United States and as far away as Saudi Arabia (The Saudi Arabian Oil Company - Saudi Aramco), where he has worked for over six years.

The turning point in Mr. Elpusan's entrepreneurial came with the advent of the world wide web.  At the time, he was heavily immersed in client-server technology in the mid-90's, which was quite popular at the time.  This event became the creative blackboard that he worked with and quickly became successful with.

Mr. Elpusan calls Rancho Palos Verdes in California home where he resides with his wife and twin daughters.
